Could use some framing work, it seems some what snap shotty. Flash caused some harsh light too.

jpg compression very evident here. You're only using ~50kb when you're allowed 150, and it shows. Probably more effective shot from the cat's level rather than from above, and framed tighter to avoid the wood-carpet-wood thing.

I thought it was against feline nature to be sorry...

Did you try to use a different background? The cat is cute. Cats have a way of getting into everything. :)

I think the problem I am having with this shot it too many "backgrounds" There is the wood, the blanket, the pillow, the game board..... I get the feeling the cat is really the focus not the game.....

Kind of funny how the pieces on the game box echo the cat's ears. You look like you went to the effort to cover over the wood I can see at either side of the picture, but then you cropped it to leave that in. That seems to have defeated the purpose. Everything but the cat seems a little over-exposed -- that may just be because there's a large expanse of black cat in the middle of the pic though.

Those eyes.

It would help to focus closer in on the cat and game to eliminate the distracting wood background. Very cute!

Hee, hee, fun shot. Clever kitty.

i know what you mean

Great idea, but the execution could've been much improved IMO by a different background and angle (straight on instead of from above). Black cats are also very hard to take photos of (I know, one of mine is black).

Look at that belly! So cute!

I like playing Sorry! Looks like your cat does too.... On this particular photo, I believe that i would like it much better if the blanked and the box cover for the game were out of the photo. Just the cat on the board would have been quite interesting! The blanket and the prop behind the box top make this photo a little busy for my taste.

what (in my opinion) could have made this photo better - 1) get rid of the cat 2) dont use that blanket and pillow for your background 3) be closer to the game board or game pieces.
