The blur was unintentional. Shooting at dusk hand-held was the problem.

Not sure if the blur is intentional or not, but it doesn't "feel" like it IMHO. I think that if you were to apply say a watercolor filter to this shot, you could capitalize on the blurriness though. You've got nice tonal range and I like the composition.

very pretty, nice colors, the bridge is a little soft and if you shoot this again, perhaps if you can avoid the dark area on foreground right it would be better

This suffers from camera shake... It could have easily been a " 10" .

Not sure if you used a tripod, but this doesn't seem in focus..pretty blurry. The shutter will stay open longer for dark shots, so hand held really won't work. Love the colors and great looking bridge.
