Greetings fromt the Critique Club Bet you didn't want to see me again!
Composition I like the composition and idea for this shot. As I said in my original comment, I'd have moved the broken candy out of the picture and moved the focus slightly over to the right to eliminate that shadowing.
Color There are a lot of colors here - ones we all know and love. I think they weren't vibrant enough, definitely could have used some post-shot adjustments. Good CHOICE of colors.
Focus This shot seems out of focus to me. If you're going to get this close to the subject, it seems to work to try to capture as much detail as you can.
Lighting I think this is a main issue with your final score. If your shot had more natural lighting, more lighting in general, I think it would have done well. It is all a bit too dark.
Overall I viewed your other shots. There seem to be two kinds of shots you've submitted - most are really good and a few seem to need the technical help this one needs. I'd just work on learning as much as you can and applying that. And good luck in future challenges. :)
Unfortunately, it's way too blurry and dark...need more be said. Keep going, though...work on focusing your subject, lighting and post work (brightness/contrast) and (saturation/hue).
great colors! the focus is a bit too soft and the dark shadow on the left is distracting. if you're a member, you should try it again for this week's challenge!
Very colorful, and I'm glad you did not remove the green ones BUT ! you should have taken out the chipped one to enhance the view of your picture as a total. By leaving the chipped one in it takes away from the overall view of your shot as a whole.
It's blurry, and has very low lighting. It looks like a snapshot just to get an entry submitted. Try moving a light source closer, or using natural lighting. Also - move the broken MnM out of the frame. :) Crop the black edge off the left, too.
