I didn't comment on this photo during the challenge. In fact, I am going to stop commenting during the challenges and wait until afterwards so I can see who did it and read your own comments on the image. Unfortunately, you didn't post any! You really should post your thoughts and ideas behind a photograph when you upload it here, especially an image with as much impact as this one. This is a great shot and it was one of only three tens that I gave in this challenge. You have captured an element of childhood that partially defines it. You labelled this photo as 'Juvenile' but it may have been better indentified as daydreaming. Kids do it all the time and they are quite fun to observe during this process. Looking at this photo just makes me feel happy, and it generates some small memory of my own days at that age, pressing up against the window, waiting to see the mailman come to the door, or maybe my father coming home from work. If this is your child, I hope you plan to print this photo :) It's worth more than 1000 words... great work :)

Thanks everyone for your comments. This is my best performance so far. Comments from John is really moral booster. I became member and started participating for two months now. I learned a lot during this two months. I really lost my confidence looking my score in first two challenges, but this challenge prove that there is definately improvement in my work.

So is this a silly mood then? Because it looks like my normal mood to me - and a perfect reflection of me at work. A nice twist on the mood thing (ie, a kind of lack of overt, defined mood but a rather daft one nonetheless). Entertaining photo.

I live in a house wher the youngest is in their teens, and we still have tongue and nose marks on the glass. Great capture...

cute expression. I think the color cast may be a bit off. I like the reflection adn the far-off stare. Good luck.

hehehe, this is very cute. Your color balance is a little too far into the magenta channel though, and the highlights are really blown out.

Nice shot, like the character. Slightly overexposed though. Reflection works well.

I love this--a little to much red and more contrast needed--perhaps b&w would have worked better.

exposure is not really on the spot, too many blown highlights

Good for a smile this morning, thank you! Pity about the blown highlight bottom right, although the one top left doesn't matter.

I remember doing this as a child. Only comment I have is the picture appears to have a red tint to it.
