| What a cute puppy. The focus is too soft -- so that it looks not well focussed on the pup's face. Also, it would look better with a single colored fabric in the background rather than furniture. |

| Cute puppy, but my eye is drawn to the distractions in the background. A shallower DOF would help, or even sticking a piece of cardboard or something behind him. Love the expression you've captured. |

| nice, but i would have tried a lttle more angle from the top. I think the TV takes away from the picture |

| too much background, too busy a blanket for the dog to be laying on. Cute dog, but he isn't in focus either. Actually she has the same wrinkly forehead as my pit bull. |

| Being an avid dog lover (I have 6 myself) I love the photo although it seems that it needs more focus. Not sure how it really fits the theme as well. Cutie baby though! |

| The background is distracting, the photo looks a little blurry and I'm not sure what color you're emphasizing? The blue/green/pink in the sheets, the brown of the dog or the Jason and Karen Cook sign? |

| really very cute, but even if this was a pet photo challenge i think the photo would be just okay. you have a great subject, but with the background at an odd angle, the comforter the puppy is sitting on distracts from the dog, and (most importantly) the lack of importance of color in the photo, it falls just too short of the objectives of the challenge. |
