WOW! This one works. And the border is just right. Hope you do well. ~8

I understand what you are going for here, but I'm put off a bit by the narrowness of the crop. Your subject IMHO needs to be a touch sharper (maybe a bit more light on the subject and a bit less on the background would help here?) Also, your bold border doesn't add anything IMHO and pulls your eye to the outside instead of directing it to the image itself.

I really like this shot. But it just doesn't make it to a ten. I can't explaine why. But nine anyway.
Well done
good luck

What would make this look really cool was the ball either being dropped into a tube of water and all you see in the picture was the ball and the displacement in the water.

I like the effect you crated with the long thin frame and thick border. It definitely looks like the ornament is a big heavy object that fell shown the shaft to the bottom. might have been a bit stronger if it was in contact with the black border at the bottom.

Sorry, but I'm not 100% sure about what this is. But an interesting shot, non the less.

I'm not so big about the thick black border, I think it is taking away from the bulb other than helping it stand out

Ack! Fuzzy subject on a harsh, painful white background. Please don't hurt the viewer. We score you down for that.
