 I was travelling with my granddaughter to eastern Iceland and we got a room on a hotel where our president and his wife had stayed. My granddaughter was thrilled with this bed and to stay in a room where the president had stayed. When she woke up in the morning sun I thought that it would make a good picture. Hopefully it is suitable for minimalism since everything is so white.

I just turned the picture a bit, made it a bit brighter since it was taken without a flash and the shadows where a bit dark. Cropped it. That's it.

that is a cool place for a bed man..what a way to use space in a loft conversion.or is it a mirror. oh yeah a great photo as well. great white balance and good use of natural light.

Interesting composition. I wish the true horizon was level and the lamp in the reflection absent. Still, nicely seen!

Forgiving the perspective distortion, and your slightly odd-seeming approach to dealing with it - I'd rather the more central part of the frame were vertical, than the extreme edge of one side - this is a great shot. Nothing wrong with it that wouldn't be deal-able-with with more processing allowed.

I like the light-white interplay and the idea, the basic shapes and color tones highlight the face. The light fixture reflected in the mirror is a distraction, imho. 7

Your horizon is tilted just enough to be noticable and a little annoying. Image seems a little busy for 'minimalism'. Very interesting concept (not to mention interesting room), though. I think this might have worked better for this challenge had the bed been empty.
