Very attractive capture. Its only minor set back is the loss of detail on the bulbs of the bracelet. The light should have been concentrated on them as well as th focus. The prism got the top billing as is. On the other side, the composition is very strong and so is the spirit of the lighting. Bumping up on geat presentation. Another bump! |

Beautiful idea but lack of DOF on left part of bracelet takes away a bit. Really like the concept. |

A good idea but marred by the hot spots on the jewelery, to dull these down the old time solution is to paint them with milk. 6 |

DOF needs improvement and stark background detracts from the photo |

a few blowouts and the focus appears a bit off. Like the composition and the geometry of the subjects. |

With metal on metal, I look for sharpness. Focal quality is off in parts of this photo. Great concept. |

Interesting idea. I think a non-centered composition might improve the shot. |

The prism in the shot with the bracelet is nice. its to bad we couldn't see a bit of the splitting of the light on the bracelet. 7 |

Umm, I think the glass prism doesn't really help this, sorry. |

Interesting use of the prism, and well-suited for displaying the bracelet. B&W works well with the new age theme here. A little more depth of field would have helped this, not having the natural main focal point out of focus (uppermost ball) (6) |

nice idea. The bracelet is out of focus while the prism is in focus. For a jewelry ad, that won't work. |

love the abstractionistic qualities here... wish you cropped the black a bit differently, right now it seems slightly off center but not enough off center to justify it being off center in the first place. |

focus is on center when I think it would have been better on balls of bracelet |

While I'm sure you spent a lot of time working on the lighting in the shot, the composition and soft focus leaves the viewer without a central focus. It get confusing when first looking at it. |

bit more DOF in the front is needed - or was that blurred purposely ? |

Composition: Good
Lighting: Good
Color: Good
Clarity: this is an advertisement for the jewelry and in my opinion the bracelet should be all in focus.
Lettering: Nice and ample room for advertisement wording |
