I would have like to have seen this in color. Good job though.

I like the setup with the two tiers of dominoes on the checkerboard, but some of the shadows are a little to harsh for me. Also, it is a little awkward since it looks like it is in a corner and the checkerboard is cut off on the left, but continues on the right. If you could've rotated the picture so that the "corner" was in the center, it may have framed a little better.

I guess the game is dominoes, but I don't get the layout. It doesn't look like they're being played. As for composition, the left most side has a very distracting wall of sorts, it really degrades the image.

I like the composure of this photo but i think it needs a little more light possibly... i think it would also improve the overall impact of the image if the camera was lowered a bit and not pointed at a downward angle... good job!

I like how you got the dominos no the floor and table. All it needs is the box. It still looks good with out the box. Nice picture!!!!! I'll give that a 9!!

Very clever and well done. One thing I would try to improve upon if retaking that shot is to get less of the light reflections in the stem of the bowl. Either by covering the light source so it is diffused, or using more indirect light.

Technically a nicely put together shot (though a little dark on the central column). I'm afraid the shot just doesn't grab me though - there's nothing obviously happening. It looks too much like a bunch of stuff arrange for a picture.

One recommendation I like to make is that people take some heavy cardboard and permanently glue it over their built-in flash (that or just never use it again). It's a nice setup, but would be so much more interesting if you used a desk lamp or some window light instead.

More like an ornament than a game. sorry

Not sure the flash was your friend here. Gave you some odd reflections off the base onto the background. Also, it you would have moved the whole thing away from the corner it would not have felt as crowded.

Flash is rather distracting, could use some aux. lighting

don't get the vase/bowl idea, good clarity though.

There's only so many ways to do domino's.... your display is nice, I like the black and white.
