i like your choice of background color, i wonder if the flower might be better off on the right side of the frame, where it would have less power compositionally

Nice colors, I may have even cropped it to remove the leaf and the dark corner but it works as is. Nice

Lighting not well balance I think. there's a hint of shadow around the flower.

Nice texture. Makes me feel like the flowers are avoiding the darkness on the right side.

this photo has a snapshoty feel to it - did you use a direct flash? You never should do that, if you want to get a good quality photo

I think you should have used a different background to make the flowers stand out better.

Colours and focus are good. I would suggest trying this shot without the stems and leaves, as I don’t think they add to the picture and because the colours of the walls and the flower are so close I actually find the green bits a little distracting.

9. Extra stem takes a way from the minimalism.

something about the lighting is bothering me.

This is quite pretty, and works better than most of the other flower pictures in this challenge. Nice detail and I even like the similiar colors in the background. <7>

The strong flash shadow pins the subject against the backdrop in an unusually pleasing way.

This was taken with flash on camera... you need a more powerful flash or a diffuser for the one you have . A contrasting background will set the subject apart. bring the subject a couple feet in front of the wall and shoot evenly across the wall not to an angle which is why the drop off on the flash is so apparent.

Nice texture on the wall, and an interesting color match, but there seems to be glare on the flower and the shadow in the lower right seems unbalancing.
