OMG, I see a similar thing out of my window everyday ... Lake Michigan? |

imo this is a horrible shade of blue... i would have liked to see more blue and less cyan. |

This is great and let me be the 100th person to say it should be in the Minimalism challenge where this shot would be king.8 |

I like this! It would have done well in the minimalism challenge (except for the 2 point of interest) . |

love the rich blues and the negative space but IMO the only subjects in the pic are not strong enough to carry the image |

Lovely ingredients with which to fill an adoring background. |

Wow, this might work as the winning entry for the minimalist challenge. Oops, wrong challenge. I love the echoes; sea and sky, ship and plane, green and blue, black and white. And I love their spacial arrangement. |

Interesting and subtle idea. I think you need stronger blues to pull it off though. |

talk about bad timing...this would have been excellent for the minimalist challenge! as is, it is nice enough, but not really interesting enough to rack up the points in a free study. don't get me wrong--this is a nice image, but it doesn't really have that wow factor that is good for an extra point or two. good luck! |

Another fine photograph. ther seems a lack of sharpness/focus around the horizon - well, that ship/whatever - perhaps a little close work with the clone tool could have tidied up the edges of it. Great balance of it and the little con-trail though. Good vision, and good shooting. |

Less is more. Great simplicity in this blue upon blue. The white sky trail tells all. All the best. |

Cool use of negative space. The subjects aren't all that interesting though. |

Interesting. Makes us feel ever so small in this world. Good concept and good minimalistic approach. |

Very blue! There needs to be a more interesting and stronger focus. The barge isn't quite doing it and the contrail is distracting. |

I love the color blue. Nice photo! The jet almost looks like a falling star and adds the final touch.
