Wow! You really went to a lot of trouble! Not mad about the background, but definately a nice shot.

Very creative design,

All this time setting up your photo, and you didn't use a dictionary? Background too similar in texture and colour to blades of your scissors.

very cool set up.
04/24/2005 08:50:47 PM
someone has way too many scissors
04/24/2005 08:27:58 PM
it is a cool shape but i think it could be photographed better looking straight down on it.

Really cool subject - I just feel like a little more could have been done with it. It seems slightly flat at the moment - maybe a contrast bump would help. Also the crop at the bottom is a little too tight. 6

Very different and unusual idea. Did you have this many pairs of scissors at your house? Nice picture.

I LOVE this shot - nicely done! I have to wonder if you made this sculpture or ran across it on your themed hunt for "Rock, Paper, Scissors". I scored it an 8 because it is literally brain candy for the eyes. The only (possibly) constructive comments I have is that the whole image seems overly gray. I think you could spice it up even more with some different lighting and (perhaps) a different background. Please don't take it as criticism - I'm a VERY conservative critic & scorer (I've only given one "10" since I joined the group a number of months ago.). I really like this one - nice job!

OK, where'd you get so many pairs of scissors? Nice visual design!

really interesting to look at, and great title.

great angle, shame the bottom cropped some blades.

well done all the same, 7 :o)

very unique...not a coffee table for a daycare thats for sure. I feel like there should be a little more room on the bottom but that is probably my desire to have stuff centered. Good luck
dang... I just imagined myself walking into this thing at night going to the bathroom...OUCH!
04/22/2005 07:45:21 AM
WOW that must have taken whoever made it AGES!
04/22/2005 06:19:07 AM
This one deserves to win simply because of the time it must of taken to set up!
