| The composition here is great - the photo is both adorable and touching. I do have a couple of suggestions, though. I think the crop is just a tad too close, particularly on the left side, where the knuckles are being cut out; also, it looks as if the background was blackened, and this is very apparent on the older arm. I would also suggest working a bit on the colour or simply going black and white with this; the colours really don't do this cute baby justice! The DOF is just a bit off, as the top of the arm is blurry. Nonetheless, I like the way this shot is lit for the most part, and some minor editing would really make it pop. Nice effort! |

I love the contrast of ages, however I would have scored this higher if a couple of things were different -
The older person should have been holding the baby's hand in a way that would make it look as if they were walking in the same direction. Had they been on the same plane then the elder's arm would have looked crisper and more in focus, which I saw as another issue. Finally, I would have had the baby looking up towards the other person or off and away, but not into the camera. In addition to liking the contrast I liked that the background could not be seen <5> |

| Nice composition, but the image is way overprocessed. I am sure the baby is very soft without processing. The treatment takes away from the elderly arm by smoothing out the lines too much. Great eyes and imagination. I would try this one again. |
