Greetings from the Critique Club.

I think this may be my first one in three weeks so I may be a little rusty. First off I really like the idea. You got in close as well. I think the two things I would do to improve this photo are lighting and subject matter. I guess that is what you call the last one. I will start with it. I think Bart alone without the Alien game piece behind him would be better and less distractive. Ok, the lighting is too yellow for me and a tad dark. I do like that it is soft though. I know sometimes it is difficult getting that happy medium of not too bright not too dark. If anything I would have tried to change the color levels of the light. Well that is really all I have. I hope that it helped you a little. Good work and good luck in future challenges.

I think the piece in the background is a little distracting perhaps it could have been placed away from bart I'll be intrested to see how well this one does

Lighing is a little yellow, but the overall shot is nice. I like your DOF and focus on the car in front. -danny

I would have like the shot better if the object behind Bart weren't so prominent, it detracts from him being the focal point of the shot. maybe if the piece was replaced by a house/hotel it would have made him stand out more.

hahaha...this is a great picture! excellent use of shallow depth of field. i love the way the alien is right on bart's tail

Now this is a very unusual subject to photograph. Nicely framed, good focus, nice detail on what's his name and his vehicle?

Well done

Normally I don't like "staged" shots of toys and such but this is a good one. I am not sure what makes it better... depth of focus, good framing. But I do like it. Nice job.

White balance needs adjusting on this photo. The little bart is cute, but doesn't do it for me as a subject for a photo. Neat little figure though.

Very Cool

Well done, but in my opinion if the focus was just a little bit sharper on the top of the house it wuold look nicer

I've never seen The Simpsons version of Monopoly before -- very cool! Nice shot, too... I like the shallow DOF on this one.

Jeez, there's a Simpson's branded Monopoly? Nice shot - except that Bart's a little too far out of frame, whereas the house is on the strong line, but not the point of focus. Pulls the eye two ways.

Okay.. You get a good store just for having a simpsons monopoly set. Plus it's a great macro shot as well means 9 from me.

Go Bart go! Nice idea. The out of focus Kang is a distraction, though - needs to either be in focus or not directly behind Bart (or both).

Doh! Should have removed the piece in back of Bart. It's a little distracting. But nice picture.
