Wow. Amoeba like. No- jelly fish. And real TACKS! Love the way the blue trails off. Thought about different background colors but don't think they would work as well as your choice. Excellent focus - I'm assuming you did it through glass so kudos to you. 9 from me!

That is a very cool image. I personally would have liked to see blue tacks witht he blue/green dye. But I still have it a 7.

Pretty cool idea but the colour seems a bit warm and while I normally love short DOF is way too short for this image to work properly IMHO. At least my eye is drawn towards the front tacks instead of the blue cloud mainly because of the lack of DOF. Anyway, good effort and better than most in the challenge but I canĀ“t rate this more than 6 due to the technical aspects of this photo.

A great idea to make this an underwater scene. The limited depth of field adds to feeling of looking into the image from a distance.
