Initial thoughts
Interesting content – nice silhouettes – a bit dark.

Composition/ Content
I like the unusual composition – centred on one axis but not on the other. I also like the natural element of the symmetry – the symmetry is in the two birds doing the same thing on either side of the feeding platform – but in terms of actual shapes – they are in different positions. I find that interesting. I prefer the bird on the right which I find more appealing in silhouette form.

Background
Seems very dark – I think a lighter blue would allow better display of the silhouettes.

Camera Work - Technical
I like the motion captured in the wings.

Fits The Challenge
I believe so, yes.

My Opinion On The Photo
Interesting, intriguing but not wholly appealing because of the darkness. Not quite enough to really pull me back for repeat viewings.

I think that the red of the feeder spoils the mood of the shot. B&W?

Nice idea, especially to shoot them as silhouettes. Now if you could just have got them to hold the same position (only kidding :-)

One of my fav's for this challenge. Not perfectly symmetrical, but like you could plan that? Great great capture - 10

How long did you have to wait for this opportunity?

Nice capture, and an interesting silhouette! Larger file size (up to 150k per site rules) might have eliminated some of the JPEG artifacts that are showing up in your background.

I definitely see balance, if not symmetry. I am totally not crazy about the very dark shot. It does have kind of a negative space feel, but does not have a lot of impact for me when lighted (or non lighted!) this way.

man, that would have been a guaranteed winner if they were closer in sync (I know that would be pretty impossible though)... It's a little dark, could you have jacked up the levels a bit?

Nice idea. I don't think that the lighting fits for this image. There needs to be more light and not so much black. Good job.

nice idea, i may have used a flash to achieve a more clear image

Very unusual capture. background could be alittle lighter but well done
