As they say, great minds think alike. I'm glad yours did well. My subject was only halfway cooperative and it doesn't look as cute when he is half grown.

Focus is a bit off, moreso on the water and not the legs. The water looks great though.

Composition- Very good job with the subject. I like pictures that use the rule of 3'rd which you did very well here. Background- Nice job capturing the texture of the water, it definately adds to the overall picture. Technical- Nice exposure and focus. Might have tried to use some kind of flash to brighten the legs a bit. Good job getting them too show how wet they are.Overall impression- A good photo, meets the challenge well, Makes me wish for warm weather..writing this comment just increased my vote on this shot too...8.

Very nice color.

Fun -- I can almost feel the cool water. Wonder if you'll get comments about the glare on the feet -- in my opinion, it just shows that he (I assume) is wet. Because of the blue tones on the skin and shorts, I wonder if this was a little over saturated. The water looks great this blue, but not the skin tones. I think maybe backing off of that a touch wouldn't help.

The colours are very vivid in this picture.. Helps to add to how nicely this shot came out. Hope the poor kid didn't have to stay under too long while you shot 200+ shots.

This looks strangely familiar. Oh yeah, I took one just like it. Yours looks great and I hope your score isn't as low as mine.

good idea I guess, but by no means great
nice colours achieved though

Nicely composed. Shame you got the dark side of him. I'd either adjust the gamma on the red channel down to about 0.94 or adjust the green channel to maybe 1.1, as I see a reddish cast.

nice vivid colors
focus seems off, perhaps because of the backlighting, since it appears the sun may have been directly overhead?

I love the nice, rich, deep blue color of the water in this photo. This kid is definitely upside down!
