 Low bank of clouds defining a front with plenty of static electricity that flashed heat lightning for about 45 minutes. Tripod and 30 second exposure captured the light show. Crop and levels USM slight neat image USM save for web.

Good capture of lighting which ain`t easy. I may have cropped a bit tighter to lose some of the sky and left hand sides.

well, that looks like fun. i love the natural gradiant, but think you would have had a stronger image had you either cloned out the spots closer to the top, or simply cropped down a bit from the top. i'll bet this looks great large! good luck!
