I think the highs and lows of this pic are too extreme, darks too dark, lights too light. It's a tough pic to take.

I like that it's framed with the plant, but much of the definition and clarity is lost in this picture in both the foreground and background. I like your idea, though.

interesing, but you need to use the full 640 pixels available to you. Also, key elements (sun, glare) are very central, leaving the LHS a little redundant.

I like the idea, but the picture is just a bit to dark to see any detail. Also glare from sun is distracting.

A bit too much glare coming off of the sun and the water - could have been toned down a bit, I think.
