Beautiful capture of the turtle. The lighting in the upper left is a little distracting, but the detail and color on the turtle make up for it. Great shot.

I'm curious abuot this shot. I would like to think it was made at a public aquarium, but the position of the shark is almost tooo perfect, hmmm. IMy guess is that another image was used for the background. Great lighting on the turtle's head (looks underwater-y), and quite creative. ....8....

Something quite eerie and majestic about this image. It has that primordial feel 7

Very nice photo. I like the DOF here where the turtle is crystal clear, and background is blurred, but not so much that the fish is not recognizable. Good lighting and colors!

great turtle's eye-view! losing out only slightly because of slight softness on turtle and compositionally I would like to see another 50 pixels at the top of the frame (I think...)! but great!

This is a great composition, however I would of liked to see more of the frog in focus.

This is a nice image that could really benefit from a bit more editing (not allowed). This guy needs a catchlight or lightened eyes. The removal of the specs on the glass will improve as well. I like the tie to the challenge. Overall nice image.

i like this, i especially like the composition, how the turtle is only a 1/3 in the frame, and the fish up the top left is just under the suface. It certainly could be 'In the beginning'.. well done.
