Too small, is this a thumbnail contest? Othewise, the compostion is weak, even if the subject is "bored." a 2

This is a nice image. I get very bored when I have to write a paper for school especially when it starts to reach nightfall. Nice work.

Your going to get hit hard do fo the size of your image. Try not to go below 600 on the longest side, max. 640. what I can tell it has potential, just to hard to tell..........sorry..........3

too small. highlights completely blown out. maintains a 5 because it does technically fit the challenge.

nice composition and concept, over exposed face i think adds positively to the boredom theme of photo; however pic is small at 216 pixels wide which makes it hard to appreciate ... you should size your pics at 640 pixels max width for submittal

The skin tone is kinda overexposed. A tip I was told: When the main element in a picture is a person (or people), always develop the picture (or adjust, with digital stuff) for the skin tone, and the rest will look fine. PErhaps even if you had diffused the light a bit a wouldn't have looked so harsh on her skin.

Why so small?

too small and badly lit. Has a certain "web-cam" feel to it. But I don't think that adds to the theme here. Maybe some more lights from other directions, or more daylight? Or even something like a candle to add mood and an interesting light effect.

the picture is too small, out of focus and the face is too white!

Please check the recommendations on the home page for sizing your image. This shot might do better in the challenge if it were the right size. If you need help with re-sizing PM me.
