Thanks cq107, I agree :) And thanks everyone else for the good votes! Maybe the people who left 2s and 3s would like to leave comments so I can try to appease you in future challenges? ;)

My first place choice... I think you got robbed at least of a ribbon... |

Fantastic use of depth of focus. Lighting and colours are good too. Like the attention to detail in the positioning of the hands of the clock. Lovely! |

You have taken the same old shot here and made it interesting. Very nicely done. |

Very nice. It's alive somehow, and the circles balance nicely with the hands/pointers |

I love the perspective and tones here, and the light coming from the top works really well for me. I don't mind the blurry top portion of the photo, but I'm unsure as to why you chose to leave that blurry. Anyway, very nice work! |

If it were all focused I would give a higher score. |

I really like this image, especially the duotone, but I'd sure like to know the f/stop and shutter speed used for it. It would affect how I rate it. |

beautiful shot... the detail is excellent and the shallow depth of field also seems to work very well here... = 10 - setzler |
