 Used the channel mixer to convert to B&W, then cropped, adjusted curves/contrast, reduced size and applied USM. Also used the camera's spot meter on the fence so as not to blow the highlights.

I really like this, but it would be even nicer if there were some more breaks in the cloud, so as to make the top right a little more interesting.

Willows really are dramatic in b & W, cool old barn and white fence adds to the contrast.

check your horizon. seems slanted. overall, nice image, but pump up the contrast.

I think if you darkened the sky it would really give you great contrast all around
