Composition: I like the composition of this shot. The wide angle shows the height at which this shot was taken from - which is important for the challenge. Obviously it would have been nice if the street ran straight up the photo but this is hard to do without levitating over the road. I really like the bright windows on the left.

Technical Quality: Technically it's a very good image. The colour is very good and there is a lot of detail in the image - without being over sharpened and harsh. The long exposure creates an element of interest, however an even longer exposure might have been better.

Meeting the Challenge: I think the 30th floor definitely qualifies in terms of "from above".

Creativity: I think this picture implies that the world is so large, people are so small. There's also a nice contradiction between the moving traffic and stopped traffic. Of course it's also a nice "Life in NY" type image without any underlying meaning.

Border: I think this image works very well without a border. The buildings around the edges form a border of their own and I think it would be hard to add another border without damaging the image.

Overall: Well done on a fine image. The quality is wonderful and it meets the challenge whilst still being an interesting shot.

I like the shutter speed you chose for implying motion. :)

Excellent shot, the motion blurring of the truck and taxis do a lot for this photo!

Nice shot and perspective. Would be nice to see a closer version of this too with mostly street in the frame and maybe a slightly slower shutter to get more blur of the autos.

Very effective. Lots of movement in the two taxis turning the corner.

Great image capturing both the motionless traffic queues and the moving cross traffic - I do like that blurred truck. A little too much building on the right for my preferences.

I like the lines on the right, still cars at the bottom with a few moving near the top. You seem to get the point of the challange better than many.

excellent shot... definitely a great 'from above' perspective.. the motion blur on the few vehicles adds a nice touch of life to the photo... great shot :) - setzler

Like the colors and the motion of the truck.

Very nicely done! It would have also been interesting to zoom in just on a small section of cars, getting 10 or so of them to fill the frame. Nice work!
