The face has too many strong shadows, it makes it look unnatural. I am no lighting expert but maybe some side lighting on the face would help. Good idea though

Brilliant Idea. I would like the blown out section to be a toned down a bit. Just a personal bias: I would have cloned out the armpit hair. Not that I have anything against armpit hair, but it distracts from the beautiful line of this image. Again, IMO the concept is genius.
