A forum thread brought me to this photo.
Tiberius, you called this : "not a good pic". I don't agree, I rather like it.
The only thing that is bothering me about it is the direction. Somehow I think I would much prefer it if the closest coin was on the left, rather than the right.

Now I'm really curious..... I am right handed, are you left handed?

I'm not trying to be smart or mean, just plain curious if there is an explanation for this preference.

I'm wondering if this is faidoi's shot... it reminds me of his stock images. Good idea, good shot, good lighting. Maybe a bit more focus on the front coin. :o)

IMO - focus on the foreground would have been more effective. 7

The composition is very strong, and I like the theme of the picture. For me I would have prefered a slightly deeper DOF to get all thre in focus.

The domininant coin is too out of focus. If your focal point was a little closer to the camera (such that the front coin was as in focus as the back coin is currently) this would be a great shot!

I think focus on the front coin instead of the middle would help this.

Great idea; super composition. If it was mine, I'd probably really work for crisp DOF all the way through the image.

It feels like the focus has been on the second plate, but there's enough depth of field for the last one too. The first disc suffers badly, and feels really separated even though the composition depends on it.

Having the largest one out of focus is a little unsettling.

I'd like to see the foremost coin more in focus, as the center one is. Otherwise, very nice.

in my opinion, the front coin should be more in focus other than the back two...possibly all 3 if that is possible.

so very feng shui of you...

the front coin seems a little bit noisy
