Challenge: Three (Advanced Editing IV)

Location: Kelowna

I made the checkerboard in photoshop and then printed it on an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper. I then placed the three cubes on three white squares and started shooting. :) Lighting was my kitchen lights. The checkerboard pattern is inspired by the work of Dave Nitsche.

this is nice i like the idea...but u didn't get the ice reflection to the point u wanted ....but still very nice and kind of breaking the routien...good to see new

cool. But I personally am getting a strong feeling the cubes are about to go sliding off to the left at any moment...if you weren't trying to achieve that, perhaps if the angle on each side of the closest cube was equal i wouldn't feel so uncomforatable looking at this.
