Oh, I hoped for you to get a ribbon. Well congrats on your top 50 finish nonetheless. Good job!

Wow. I can't believe it took so long to finally find one of these challenge's winners. (two hours left ;). Well, you're lucky, I think the image's appeal, emotion, composition and technical aspects make it worth a 10. Good luck.

Would have been better if the guy's legs (in the background) weren't coming out of the kid's head.

Cute. However, a little too much head room. People in background distract the eye. Might want to crop them out.

what a great moment. i think you captured the childs energy wonderfully along with the movement of the water; even with the action frozen, the blur of the water from the shallow depth of field keeps it from being too static

Good capture, good sense of mood, but almost every sense of composition has been sacrificed to that capture. It's a very fine candid shot of a kid - very fine indeed.

This is one of my favorites so far! It really captures all things good about being young. Okay, I think this is my favorite so far for sure.

Nice depth of field. WOUld have been good with some more colour, perhaps in the subjects clothing?
