| This is a beautiful shot. I love the lighting and composition. There is what looks to be a back branch that is blurred out, but has just enough of a line to it still to distract me. That's the only element that keeps this from being a 10. One of my faves from the challenge overall. Very well done. 9 |

| I love the tone on this one. I laso like that you focussed on the central part of the branch rather than on the tips. I also like how the background goes from light in the lower-right corner to dark in the upper-left corner. One of my favourites for the challenge. |

| yes, you have achieved a bokeh effect, but i find the foreground blurring a bit disconcerting. i love the colors, but also have a hard time with the extreme brightness on the right. now that you know how to get this effect, the key is to put it to work for you. move around, changing your angle and perspective until you find a background composition that compliments your subject completely. good luck! |

| The light in this shot is amazing. The out of focus foreground branch is a bit distracting, but that is my only complaint. Otherwise lovely. |

| The short definition of Bokeh from KenRockwell.com, which I am using for voting on this challenge: "Bokeh describes the rendition of out-of-focus points of light." This definitely shows bokeh, and it's amazing! Is the subject enhanced by the bokeh of the background? Absolutely. A gorgeous photo in every respect, and my highest score yet.. |
