Sure hope it's Hard Boiled :}

Great Shot Doug! My first thought was "Wow, really nice!"

Composition is really nice, and I like the greens, browns, yellows of the grass that you've been able to capture on the ground. It's a nice sharp photo and the focus is great.

I wonder if you could have shot it a bit lower though, and by doing so, you could have avoided the shadow of the egg on the golf club? There is also a bit of a bluish/purple tone on the egg and the golf club, what's that from? By shooting lower, could it have been avoided?

You met the challenge with your photo and I felt you had some Wow with this photo, surprised it came in so low, even if you were in the rough!

I like the clarity of your photo.

This image is technically superior. For me, what makes this image great is the ominous presence of the golf club and what that means to the poor egg.

Great idea and a beautiful image.

More impact if shot taken at macro and ground level....to eliminate all those noise (grass).

nice composition :) The exposure on this shot may be just a tad hot, but it's definitely a great idea :) - setzler

This is a really goofy nitpick...but I think this would have been awesome on a real golfing green :)

This is a novel take on the challenge. Great idea, great focus, very sharp but I think that it works with this shot.

This is original, good capture! The grass looks a little too long for a golf course or were you caught in the rough? lol. I think it might be sharpened a little too much. Look at the "M" on the egg and you can see a little sharpness halo around it.

I the same idea for this challenge. How the hell did you get this picture so sharp?

Nice humor, perhaps you could have made a better choice of grass, that patch looks a bit too rough for a tee.
