Nice use of soft and hard focus with good lighting. However the picture is missing something. I don't know if its the long horizontal crop or the fact that the main subject is centered.

I love everything except for the pill... I understand that's what the photo is about, but it stands out, perhaps it should have been a different color? Would be curious to see the whole portrait in this execution style.

Interesting idea and execution. The soft focus/ high key effect is terrific here. I'd say the subject matter will likely keep you out of ribbon territory, but your technical skill is tremendous. 8.

The lock of white blond hair takes this even further. Love the hight key colors.

Wouldn`t fancy swallowing that "brick" though. :)

I really like the high key/ soft focus look, but not for this image- the pill just seems incongruous in this kind of "glamour" set up. Perhaps for this resolution a different setup would have served better.

I like the softness of this, and I must say that's the prettiest tongue I've ever seen. Going with an 8 because without the title it'd be difficult for me to figure out the new years resolution here.
