It's a manual stapler but I'm sure because of the way it is cropped some will say it could be electronic.

I like the creativity, you photographed a stapler but you made it interesting, I enjoy the cropping that you did.

I'm usually a hard critic, but I had to give this a 10. Great composition, lighting, background, and idea! A+

A very nice use of space and shape but the subject or story is too weak for your large composition talent

Composition: 5, Too much neg space and the staples should be identical. Almost looks like a malfunction.

I was going to use a stapler for my shot but I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to get it as good as this. Love the negative space. Only slight concern is the shadow under the actual stapler

Very simplistic approach, which works well. I am not opposed to the BW version, but I think in a mechanical challenge, it might have been better to leave this in the color version showing the chrome. Just a thought. Good job 7.

Great job! Rule of Thirds all the way. Very interesting to view. I'm a little bothered by the 2nd staple. It almost doesn't look like it's "in".

I like your composition and the b&W, could use a little softening in my opinion
