The central line of the dock is an interesting lead for the viewer. As for shapes, I find the numerous lines, containers, "things", a bit overwhelming. I'd rather settle in for a pleasing view. This is chaotic, especially in regard to the challenge theme IMO. As for the B&W tonalities, the whites are under-represented and have been rendered as grey tones, which eliminates the dynamic pop and contrast associated with successful renderings of a B&W photo. |
