 No idea if this meets the brief closely enough for voters or not. But to me this composition is about lines, form, rhythm, and texture--and all in the most mundane of places near home for me.

I always find this type of imagery difficult. Which pieces do you keep, which parts get cropped. Are there enough elements in the comp that are in focus - does it matter if they aren't? In addition, there are so many angled lines that it's tough to find the spot to finish the canvas. Kudos to you for the attempt. It's a pleasing presentation AND it's been a brain teaser too as I try to figure out what, if anything, could be discarded to make it better. :-) Would love to sit down with a cold one and have this discussion in person (with the image in question displayed in front of us)! Good luck.

There is something about this that grabs me... and it's maybe more about lines than shapes but I like it. The dof is not necessarily right for the challenge either, but hey, can you imagine if those were people, caught up, watching life as it blows by. Nice feeling.
