Really expected this one to land higher, but glad it's still on the front page. :-) This is a wonderful subject for the challenge. The framing makes it look owl-like to me.

It's in London near Elephant and Castle. The wind turbines at the top were a major feature in its design unfortunately due to the noise and vibration they had to be turned off https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strata_SE1 They should have installed solar panels!
