Cold tones fit, but light doesn't seem good elsewhere than on leftmost leg. Background is horrible, but that you probably knew already.

2 steps to the left and u could have avoid the pipe sticking out of his back

I like the sculpture, especially it's color, but maybe a low to the ground angle looking up at it would help reduce all that is distracting in the background
