 The photo was taken of this African Leopard in a tree in the Okavango Delta on July 9,2026. I previously submitted this photo but realized that it was 1400px on one side, not 1200px, so I resized it and resubmitted.

Fabulous. I knew this had a certain energy I didn't recognize from recent challenges. Astounding capture, but that lighting--sublime. The feline feels at once both elegant and quietly menacing in a way that only a skilled lens could convey.
