 The picture is a merge of two frames taken a few minutes apart. The hiking woman is my wife, minutes before reaching a viewpoint. The background photo is a HDR merge taken from the viewpoint once we got there. The weather was extremely dull as it had been for weeks, so I erased the gray sky and added this sunset gradient along with a sun also created with a gradient. I created some lighting in the hills by using masks and levels. If you're ever in Iceland and want to visit this magical place, it's a waterfall called "Glymur" that is actually not far from the capital of Reykjavík.

Gorgeous scenery. The title might suggests this looked a lot differently some time ago. I hope I'm wrong.
