This photo started out as an entry to the "hidden faces" challenge on this site. After reading the rules a bit closer, I discovered that the photo didn't really match the requirements for the challenge. The idea, however, still sounded good, so I went ahead and made the photo anyway.
Christo is the artist who is always wrapping things: bridges, buildings, islands, etc. This photo takes his tendency to hide things, and puts it together with Whistler's mother. Subliminally, I think it is a photo about families.
