First DPC upload in a long while, got real busy with work that ended with a two week vacation in Gran Canaria, of the Canary Islands. Straight from camera, no processing other than basic RAW conversion. Shot on my new Canon RF 35mm f/1.4L lens - I've put in a request for equipment addition for the DPC profile, so please forgive if this submission says 35/1.8 lens was used instead of the new 35/1.4.

all the elements click- and masterful lollipops of repeating shadow on the checkerboard. Beautiful compositional geometry details along with, among others, crisp golden building details and palm fronds make this lead the eye enjoyably. Really subtle and well done(edit, I hope this does well for you.)
