About a block from my house, in the city park. It's been snowing all day. Brightness and contrast adjusted a little and orange color range saturated slightly.

The foreground in the lower left corner frames the image, but is a little busy and takes up too much of the frame. I can't really identify what they are.
Aside from that the structure stands out nicely against the snowy, frosty trees.
You've captured some wonderful texture here. The stones in the walls are good.
The coloring seems nice and realistic, and there is no evidence of digital noise.
Exposure is good, with nice contrast of light and shadow. I'm fascinated by the cold of the snow, while the water isn't frozen.
Regards,

Grayce

Very busy. I don't think this would work as a stock photo at all. As a free study, it is a little too busy to be appealing to me.

You got a lot going on here, maybe too much. It is a wonderful setting, I hope you have a bunch of different angles of it. Good technically. 6

Wow - an absolutely enchanting capture.

This looks like a really cool place to take photos, bet you took many more than just this one :) You've met the challenge with it, too. I can see this being used in a travel-kind of article. I really have no constructive criticism to offer, except maybe use a different border, the color of this one doesn't really match anything of the photo. I do like how you got your snow white with only very little blowout, and you kept the detail in the dark walls. You made the photo look 3D by having the snow-covered rocks in the foreground. I'll be curious to see next week where this was taken.

I like the composition, looks very good. I'm wondering if this might work better in sepia or black and white though...

The foreground rocks distract.

ehh, not really stock photography, but what do i know, right?

The steps or whatever the border on the left would frame the picture well if they didn't come into the frame quite so far. The snow is gorgeous. Cool little tower thing as well.

Simply beautiful. The stuff in the foreground catches the eyes, but then the water takes them up and back into the picture. Excellent job of making the snow white and not blue or gray!

Good composition. If I were a photo editor, I would want the foreground as sharp as the background.

This is very unique! I'm anxious to see where this was shot! Great use of the "rule of thirds". The close-up snow seems a bit distracting, like it needs to be blurred to put more emphasis on the castle. Very cool picture though!
