Talk about good timing - I was hired to take photos of Robby for a baking magazine based in Sydney. His company Knead bread and coffee, not only have the most amazing sourdough bread, they sell the best coffee I've ever tasted. His shop opened during covid, but managed to thrive. There was a problem though, a good one - people loved his products so much, but they didn't have room to produce more of their bread. Shortly after they were offered considerable more space which tripled their shop size .
When I rolled up for the job the line was about 20 feet deep outside. A true testament to his baking prowess. He's actually self taught. You can read his story here. Kneadbreadandcoffee
On the way out Robby was kind enough to give me a package of some goodies. I was thrilled to bits!
If any of you visit Perth you must visit his shop! You will not be disappointed.
