 A stone statue from an island in northern Canada, based on the stacked-stone landmarks of ancient times in the tundra—known as Inuksuk (possibly used for direction-finding). It is standing on a stone and lit primarily by a narrow softbox above and behind. White card fills shadows. A small strobe under the table used strips of overlapping yellow, red, and blue gels to make white foamcore into a colorful background.
