 Export and adjust the image in lightroom, then increase contrast a bit and lower highlights so the bright colors don’t blow out. Darken the shadows and blacks to keep the people as strong silhouettes. Add a little vibrance to make the colors pop, and finish with a small amount of clarity and dehaze.
