 Felt inspired by the glow of the spider web and the filtered sunlight on the spider itself to try a painterly take on a familiar sight in the forest around this time of year.

Side note: These webs are beautiful to look at. Not so much fun if you run into one while getting into your car in the morning.

Beautiful golden color. And orb weavers are such a typical sight in the autumn. Something to look forward to each year with their ornate webs.
