 I was a Tattoo artist for may years, and have seen a lot of people that needed help, but thought there was none for them. This is what I am trying to convey here...

Nice idea for dispair. I don't really like the lighting in the photo though, it seems to need something more. Good job for the image though.

This image gets straight to the point! Despair for sure. The only thing which seems out of place is that the surroundings look too clean. I would rather have seen some dirty grovel somewhere to really force home the "despair" feeling. Good luck.

Powerful interputation, well executed. The grain works well to add to the emotion of despair. Right now I (and most of us) are thinking about leading lines... If the arn had been positioned so the countertop edge pointed to the same spot as the needle, it may have made an even stronger image. As it is, it's still VERY powerful.

Definetely shows despair, good focus and lighting ( I like your choice of lighting ). I hope this was only a simulation!

Yellow lighting creates a sickly feel which works well for this shot.
