Fits The Challenge-Timely, and yes it fits the challenge IMHO.
Composition-I could nit pick the top of his head is gone, but really it's so minor.
Background-Perfect
Digital Processing-clear/clean/crisp
My Opinion->SNIP>jmsetzler 'great shot... looks like a time magazine cover photo' He's so right it really does. Well done photo. |

| Excellent photograph! The best touch to this photograph for me was the wedding ring, I'm glad you got in in the photo. My only comment is that he is a little crowded on the left side of the photograph. 10 |

| This photo is very well executed. It is REALLY nice. Unfortunatly, I really don't see any despair int his image by itself. 6/10 for that reason. |

| In my opinion...a vertical shot would have captured the whole subject, but that is my preference. |

| Forgive me if this is a different photographer but I believe this photo belongs in the Stock Photo challenge. It is much better than the other submission. This photo doesn't reflect despair in my opinion. I do think this a very nice shot. If you had the soldier looking to the right I think it would have been better. There's too much negative space on the right for this guy to be looking forward. This picture would have gotten an 8 in the other challenge but I'm giving it a 5 here. Sorry I don't see despair. |
