I thought "On the wild side" could be a substitute for USA (or other countries, but USA in particular right now).
And insofar as the perforation goes, I'll give myself an A for effort as there was no lack of it. I do admit to giving up but that was when I sort of liked what happened in the process.

This is really nice and a colorful side of the city. It reminds me of the outdoor events and Lincoln Center. 8

cool idea for the challenge (I'm a big fan of ACL) but the angle of the shot with the cameras in the image seems to detract and there is a lack of context for those that aren't familiar with the program and its impact on the music scene

I really love the graphic design here with all the city and studio elements. The bands of color really make this pop. Well done. As far as being a stamp, it is missing the "USA" or country name and the edge perforation is a bit simplified compared to a real stamp.
