 Bone headed mistake. I shot both RAW and jpg. I use an app called Photo Mechanic for viewing my images and deciding what to edit. If images are shot in both RAW and jpg, Photo Mechanic just displays the jpg rather than both. I picked out the image I wanted to enter and, from Photo Mechanic, selected Edit. This opens the image in Photoshop, but by default it opens the RAW image. If I was paying attention, I would have realized it opened in the RAW editor, but when was the last time I paid attention? I simply resized and entered.

Hats off to the keen eyed SC member that caught this (you know who you are). Unlike me, he was paying attention.
