I didn't have a lot of bright ideas for Heat. Bought a jalapeño while I was at the grocery store. I planned to hold it over the gas range, but I couldn't get an image I liked. So, I masking taped a bit of paper to the back of the pepper and lit it on fire. That took things up a level. Fortunately, my wife had headed upstairs by this time. She doesn't approve of me playing with fire in the house.
